Return Process

  Ensure your item is in its original condition and packaging, and verify it is within the 15-day return window (30 days for Nest Pro products).

  Start Your Return

  Visit your Order History in the Google Store, select the items you wish to return, and click the 'Return' button to generate a request.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and packing slip, then securely place your device in its original box and use a sturdy outer shipping carton.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off the package at the designated carrier location; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
